James Corasaniti ‘18
GOALIE COACH
Coach Corasaniti is a 2018 graduate of Fordham Prep where he was a two time All-American, First Team All-League, and two time team MVP. Coach Corasaniti registered 541 career saves while leading the Rams to the 2016 CHSAA State Championship and 2018 CHSAA City Championship. After the Prep, Coach Corasaniti was a three year starter at Fairfield earning multiple CAA conference awards and remains on several Stags’ career goaltending lists. Coach Corasaniti then played his graduate eligibility years at Providence College where he was named Big East Goaltender of the Year and First Team All-Big East in 2023 while starting every game for the Friars during his two seasons there. Coach Corasaniti finished his college career with 733 career saves.
Dan O’Connell
FACEOFF COACH
A native of Winchester, Massachusetts, Coach O’Connell graduated Winchester High School in 2016 where he was the first player in program history to be elected captain as both a Junior and a Senior. He attended Holy Cross where went on to be voted Team Captain, Team MVP and All-Patriot League as a faceoff specialist. Coach O’Connell remains the all-time ground ball leader at Holy Cross and was top-10 in Division I faceoff win percentage in back to back years. He concluded his collegiate career in 2021 as a graduate transfer at Duke University where he was an ACC Champion and posted a 66% Faceoff win percentage in the Blue Devil’s NCAA semi-final loss to Maryland. Since the conclusion of his playing career, he has coached for the Faceoff Factory alongside 2020 PLL Faceoff Athlete of the Year Joe Nardella.
