For those who were not able to attend, please see below for the details of the dedication of the new varsity locker room to lacrosse and football alum, Chris Duffy '96.

Dear Members of the Fordham Preparatory Community:

Saturday, September 29, was a special day for Fordham Prep, the Duffy family and the families of future Rams as the part of a two-year beautification plan was completed.  The newly renovated, varsity locker room was dedicated to Christopher M. Duffy '96.  Thank you to all of the individuals who contributed to the renovation of the locker room.

The locker room now boasts new lockers, benches, shower space, as well as decals, photos and a permanent, honorary locker to Duffy.  As part of the Gridiron Club's Home Opener Brunch and with his family in attendance, Duffy's former Coach and teacher, Mr. Stephen Traendly, delivered some heartfelt thoughts about Christopher.  Afterwards, his father, John and brother, Kevin '99, also shared some thoughts.

Following the reception in the Hall of Honor, the Duffy family, former teammates of Chris and donors were invited into the locker room, where the entire space was blessed by Fordham Prep President, Rev. Christopher J. Devron SJ, and a donor plaque as well as a permanent locker honoring Chris Duffy was unveiled.

This project was made possible thanks to the generosity and support of the donors to the locker room renovation project as well as the tireless efforts of Prep parents and supporters, Anne & Dave Randell P '15, '17, '20. Thank you for your continued generosity to Fordham Prep.
